Family owned and operated for over 20 years; a full service boatyard designed for the do-it-yourself boat owner on the North Shore of Massachusetts 

Overland Marine, formed in 1988 is owned and operated by the three Grady brothers Joe Jack & Tom with a combined 120 years of marine experience. We are proud to have been serving Massachusetts’s North Shore and its neighbors for over 20 years. As a member of the Newburyport Chamber of Commerce and the Better Business Bureau we are a full service facility with a 4 man staff experienced in all marine repairs, specializing in Suzuki outboards, but well versed all outboards and inboard engine repairs

To better serve our clients, in addition to our full time staff we have on site a marine canvas repair shop and a boat manufacturer, which also does fiberglass hull repair and painting.

Our facility offers a great alternative for the “do it your selfer”. We provide less congested and more secure boat storage facility. We sell "elbow room" as opposed to the tight, un-fenced conditions found on the water front. Access to individual water and power outlets thru out the yard (107 outlets on 5 acres) allow boat owners to perform annual maintenance, without sharing that one electric and water outlet found in most yards.
